Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error in personalization caused by KR Creative Studios.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
